According to the current regulations of the canton of Graubünden, our restaurants remain open exclusively for hotel guests. This means that nothing will change for our overnight guests. We offer a take-away service to external guests during this time.
Our chef Florian Friedl creates regional specialities and international meals at a high Alpina-standard and a very reasonable price. Born in Berlin, he is managing his highly motivated kitchen-team since July of 2017. Our guests can enjoy a kitchen in an uncomplicated manner in either of our restaurants.
